- Dulce Villanueva (August 25, 1966) is a Filipino-Canadian beauty queen of Filipino and Spanish ancestry. Aside from being a beauty titlist, She currently do Fashion Show at The Bay. The Bay is a chain of 92 fashion department stores that operate across parts of Canada. Presently working with different type of events. Regional Director/Event Coordinator for Miss Earth Manitoba and Miss Earth Saskatchewan Canada 2010 and 2011 on a yearly event Dulce competed for Miss Gandang Filipina/Canada 1985 and won as Miss Model of the Year 1985. Recently 2010 she was Miss Winnipeg Sunshine Girl of the day twice. Dulce will be competing for Mrs RP Canada 2010, which eventually compete for Mrs Philippines 2011. Mother of three, she still have young looking beauty,right attitude, and great personality.
